Everyone had a brilliant day in fantastic weather at the magnificent Cranbourne GC. No one wants to believe this gem will be gone in a couple of years, made into suburban bricks and mortar. How very sad!
Peter was the winner on the day with 37pts, five pars and a brilliant eagle on the par four fourth. Peter also had the trick shot of the day on the par three eighth, hitting the bridge, ricocheting across the water and bouncing off rocks landing the ball on the fairway. Wow! Martin was second with 31pts.
Oh, did I mention Peter also had the longest drive!! Bjarne cleaned up the closest to the pin with three wins. See you next month at Cape Schank! |
